North-West London Condos
Northwest London has enjoyed something of a mini-explosion over the last few years. A Wal-Mart superstore opened up a few years ago on the south-east corner of Hyde Park Road and Fanshawe Park Road West. Hyde Park Road North and Sarnia Road have recently been widened and new rental high rise buildings under construction are becoming a common sight.
What is helping to make this area so attractive to so many new families? Well, there is all of the new retail experiences along Fanshawe Park Road West and the easy access to the Masonville Mall. This area is also a quick commute to The University of Western Ontario. The selection of condos in the area is quite large with many affordable options to chose from.
