In the building industry it is not all that unusual to have one builder start a project and then have second, different builder finish it out. Times, after all, do change.
In this complex, Phase I consists of three front clusters, units 1-5, 2-6 and 7-15. These were built in 2005/2006. One known unit size is 1312 square feet. Then later the builder "Domus" took over the project in 2013-2016.
Phase II consists of 1,282 square foot, all brick, one floor units with 9 foot ceilings, 8 foot doors, some tray ceilings, 5 piece ensuites, front and rear covered porches, concrete block walls between the units, double car garages and extra front lawn interlocking block patio areas (units 8-34 only). We note that it is difficult to tell the difference between these two phases.
