It is 2024. On paper, the London Real Estate markets are slower than last year. However, some properties are selling out in bidding wars. Yes, prices are still off from those highs 2 years ago howeve London continues to grow and our prices are still more affordable than cities to our east like Kitchener and Cambridge. St. Thomas has the V.W. Plant coming so that should be a boom for our area. Many investors who own multiple properties continue to buy. London continues to attract more people.

Dianne Wilson
Born in Woodbridge, Dianne studied at Humber College and York University. She then went on to serve the marine industry. A member of the Executive Club with over 10 years' experience serving the London area. Dianne comes with a portfolio of real estate knowledge having practiced in residential, POS, cottage, condominiums and multi-family investments. Dianne enjoys cooking, boating, swimming, snowmobiling, and property renovation.

Peter Daoust
Born in Montreal raised in Toronto. Moved to London in his 20's. A York University Graduate (Urban Planning) and The University of Windsor graduate (Business/Accounting). Peter then went on to obtain an FCSI degree.
Peter has over 35 years experience in London selling real estate and has achieved the "Remax Hall of Fame" award. For a number of years Peter was the Broker/Owner of Simply Residential Realty in Lambeth, a progressive real estate office of the day.
