Tricar has become London's most prolific high-rise condo builders. This building has eleven units on the main floor, thirteen units on the second floor, fourteen units on the third to eleventh floors, twelve units on the twelfth floor and ten units on the thirteenth and fourteenth floors. In this project one bedroom units are typically in the 780 - 916 square feet range (plus balcony) and two bedroom units are typically in the 1,147; 1,188; 1,266; 1,330; 1,360 and 1,384 square foot range. Penthouse and upper level units are larger and not reported in our average price indicator.

Optional storage lockers at the time of purchase an optional second parking spaces. Resale units may or may not have these features.

The condo fees for the largest of the two-bedroom units going into 2023 were in the $513.00 per month range. The condo fees include most utilities. Balcony views in this building are mostly either north or south. This building has an exercise room, billiards room, library, guest suite, outside terrace and a theatre room in its lower level. One unusual feature about this building is that the main level units are flush to the ground. If they were raised only a few inches in might have improved the visuals.

Neighbouring properties around this building continue to be developed. The builder "Drewlo" for example, was busy in 2019-2020 building a 12-story luxury high-rise rental building with an indoor pool immediately to the southwest of this location at 250 South Carriage Road, and in 2021-2024 another new rental build at 300 South Carriage Road to the immediate south much to the dismay of many people in the 1030 Coronation building with south views. Also, in 2021-2023 a new low-rise rental building with 56 units went in at 1020 Coronation Drive called "Topaz". It will still be several years before construction activity in this neighbourhood is completely finished out. Also noted are the new stop lights installed at the South Carriage Road and Hyde Park Road intersection. They were long overdue.

One final comment. The exterior of this building will need refreshing with its exterior colourings starting to fade. This building is only in the 10-15 year age range.
