“Foxwood Building Corporation” built. Here you will find a slightly modified plan from what they built directly across the street on the south side of Twilite Blvd. The most noticeable difference is that the three clusters of units on the south side of Capri Crescent have front driveways facing the street. None of the units in Phase I had that feature.
Eight units in one cluster face Buroak Drive, Nine units in one cluster back onto Hyde Park Road and three clusters of eight units each back onto Twilite Blvd and finally two clusters of eight and one of six face onto Capri Crescent.
There are three different model styles with square footages of 1839 and 1845 sq. ft. “The Jade” model has a ground floor side entrance, “The Opel” and “The Amber” are the units with front driveways onto the street facing Capri Crescent. These are all three storey three bedroom units with a den/office on the main floor behind the garage. An early 2024 observation. Foxwood Building Corporation put a pause on building in 2023 after completing three clusters. All are sold and occupied. The construction industry in London in late 2023 and early 2024 has lost some of its steam. It will however at some point in time commence again. We also note that a new catholic grade school is now under construction to the immediate east on Buroak Drive.
Upon completion, one cluster of nine units will back onto Hyde Park Road, one cluster of eight units will back onto Twilite Blvd and two clusters of eight and one cluster of six will face onto Capri Crescent
