East London Condos

The area of East London makes up about one-half of our city. It's home to most of London's industrial base, the airport and the Western Fairgrounds. Parts of it are also old and rich in history.
New to East London is the "Veteran's Memorial Parkway" that has helped to make the access to the 401 easier for all the new residential and industrial developments to the far, far east.
Why do so many people live in East London? For so many, it's because they want to live close to where they work. East London is generally more affordable than some other areas of the city where new residential development has driven up prices. The selection of affordable units is great and many of them are located close to schools (Fanshawe College) and shopping.
* Please note that Fanshawe College is in "East London" so additional condo complexes in the area can be found by going to the "Fanshawe College" area of our website.
