The covered address is 1736-1764, 1784-1872 Finley Crescent, 1602-1634 Noah Road. "Kenmore Homes" built. They have been building since 1955 with a head office in St. Catherines, Ontario. On their website they say that there are over 15,500 "Kenmore" built homes. They have been building in London for many years.

North West London is growing and both "Drewlo" and "Tricar" have built high rise buildings off in the near distance on South Carriage Road and on Coronation. Then to the immediate west and running parallel to Finley Crescent is Hyde Park Road North with a variety of commercial activities. This area of the city has undergone a dramatic transformation in the last few years. "Kenmore" is also building single family homes on neighbouring streets like Noah Bend and Emma Chase.

Four clusters of six (1784-1872), two newer clusters of four (1736-1764), one cluster of four and one cluster of five on Noel Bend. The two clusters on Finley (1736-1764) were the last units to be built in this construction and offer the added bonus of lower third level walkouts with western rear exposures. The end units of these clusters have corner wrap around covered front porches. These are two storey, single car garage units. Unit sizes are 1440 square feet with three upper level bedrooms and a 2nd level laundry. These are freeholds meaning no condo fees.

This is an easy access location walking distance to St. John Catholic French Immersion School.

This project was finished out in late 2022. Work on other projects in the immediate area continues on in 2023 and 2024.
