Striking in design with noticeable raised elevations, slightly sloping driveways and steps to a raised covered front entranceway. Other newly built townhomes on this street do not have these features. Black-brown bricking with coloured mortar, black coloured highlights, cream coloured upper siding except for some bold brown coloured siding.
Now read these square footage numbers. The interior units have 2,128 square feet and the exterior units have 2,438 square feet. Sizes like this rival the sizes of many of the bigger single family homes in the neighbourhood. Both model styles, (The Juniper and The Cyprus) enjoy four upper bedrooms and a 5-piece bathroom off the master bedroom. There is even the talk about lower level “granny suites”.
