Mostly all “Nuage Homes Inc.” built. Some units were finished out in 2019 and 2020 by other builders. These are two storey “vacant land condos” with typical square footages of 1,847, 1,875, 1,886, 1,900, 2,026 and 2,360 sq. ft. This new neighbourhood, while under construction, experienced a frenzy of speculative fever with moderate sized houses being built on relatively small lots. Some builder’s pre-sold houses only to find labour shortages and material cost skyrocketing and ended up walking away from partially built units. This happened with several of the units in this complex. Eventually, things seemed to work themselves out. The good news is that the finished project enjoys a sense of symmetry.
Medium sized houses with cement driveways on smaller sized lots. There is a small monthly fee ($135.00 in 2022) for common elements, ground maintenance and snow removal. The rear units in this complex face onto the new Bradley Avenue West extension. The look of this neighbourhood is changing.
