Six blocks deep, three blocks wide, plus two blocks facing the street which are larger at ten and twelve units.Four different model styles from 1653-1864 square feet. In this first phase of construction there are two different brick colours. Some are grey brick and others are dark brown almost black, brick coloured. With new complexes come new design features.
