Auburn Homes built! One floor condo units with known sizes of 1,160; 1,200; 1,210; 1,240 and 1,250 square feet. Light speckled brown brick with a hint of yellow, brown shingles, light tan/taupe/grey siding, white window trim, black front doors, block driveways, double car garages. Most units, but not all, have front partially bricked-in sitting areas.
Vaulted interior ceilings, main floor laundry, raised rear decks. When Auburn Homes first marketed these homes for sale, they were reported as having "superior sound proofing between units".
The feature of having lower-level rear walkouts can be found with the three clusters of six units each facing the street. Two other clusters have the feature of backing onto the Silversmith Pond to the east. Four other clusters back onto a tall berm with coniferous trees and beyond that a set of railway tracks. This complex also has a small clubhouse with kitchen facilities.
We note that the builder went overboard in planning coniferous trees at the time of construction. That is a good thing, right? Well, strange as it may seem some of them are now getting too big and have to be removed.
These units are in the 15-20 year age range which is still somewhat acceptable to buyers who think that they want something in the 0-10 year age range. The condo fees in 2023 were in the $375 per month price range.
