Four clusters of seven units and four clusters of eight units. Sixty units in total surrounded by maturing trees and open parking. To the immediate north is Oxford Street West and to the immediate east is a soccer field belonging to the Oakridge Secondary School. Across the street to the immediate west are the three high-rise rental buildings known as 75-95 Fiddlers Green.

Each cluster has two two-bedroom units and all the remaining five or six units are three-bedroom units. That means there are 16 two-bedroom units and 48 three-bedroom units. What is slightly confusing is that the two-bedroom units are smaller in size because they have what is known as a "back-to-back" feature. What this means is that this style of unit shares a rear wall with another unit on the opposite side. One of the things that this means is that these units do not have rear sliding glass doors to rear decks or patio areas. They have instead front patio doors next to the front door leading out to a patio area. Picture number one in our strip of four pictures shows an example of what this style of unit looks like.

Another design feature which offers some visual relief is that some of the units in these individual clusters have staggered foundations. Known sizes of the two-bedroom units are 795, 825, 900 and 978 square feet. Typical three-bedroom units are larger in size at 991, 1068, 1070 and 1100 square feet. The condo fees in 2023 were in the $305 per month price range.

This was a rental complex for many years, and it wasn't until the year 2014 that the first of these units came to the market and were sold on the "MLS" system. These units have gas heat, Open parking, maturing trees and the neighbouring intersection, Fiddlers Green-Oxford West, is very busy in the morning at 8:00am and then again at 5:00pm. Walk to shopping and the Sifton bog.
