"River Oaks" is on the banks of the Thames River, just to the west of the new Oxford Street West Bridge (west on Oxford St., right on Kains, right on Shore Road). These are very high-end, luxury homes (condos) near wooded areas and nature trails. Only five of these 35 lots actually have eastern rear exposure towards the Thames River. Three sides of this complex back onto forested areas. What's also nice about this complex are it's changes in elevation. Particularly attractive is the sloped front entranceway.

Other units are much larger in size and have the reported finished square feet number of 3,700; 3,800; 4,200; 5,300 and 6,000 square feet. For this reason, the average price indicator is not a good indicator of "average" price.
