A "Forest Park Homes" project at the north east corner of Westdel Bourne and Shore Road. The full address should read: 2040, 2060-2066 Shore Road. This is a new name in town and the third new project in our city that they have finished out. The two previous projects were "Central Park" in north east London at 2031 Pennyroyal Street and the Singleton Avenue, Springmeadow Road project just east of Wonderland Road South and just off of Southdale Road West. Then they moved on to build a new and more expensive project on Riverside Drive called the "Rivere".

Built in twenty two clusters of four and five units. These are "vacant land" Town Villas. You own the land and enjoy low condo fees. The condo fees in 2023 are in the $95 per month price range. These are two storey townhomes with a mix of single, 1.5 and double car garages.

Brown brick, some front lower stone, tan siding, black shingles and some units have arched front brickwork, covered front entrances or covered front porches, some front hip roof designs. Over thirty units have 2nd level front Juliet balconies and some units have covered rear porches.

Early models offered for sale at the beginning of the selling process were priced in the low $300,000's. They were mostly smaller sized units built in the 1,438; 1,537; 1,550; 1,613 and 1,629 square feet range. Towards the end of the construction process larger model sizes were also offered for sale, some with 1.5 and double car garages. Sizes of 1,832; 1,841 and 1,900 square feet became common. This is yet another reason as to why our average price indicator is not a good reflection of a unit's value.

There is a children's playground area onsite and to the east some units back onto a ribbon of greenery known as Riverbend Park and just beyond that "St. Nicolas Catholic Elementary School". Also nearby are some of London's most pristine pathways along the Thames River.
