The first of four new condo towers by "Tricar". Eventually this project will have 482 units. It is expected to be an eight year build out process. This is a six acre building site.

Views of the "Medway Valley" and just beyond that, the "Sunningdale Golf and Country Club". Across the street (Sunningdale Road West) to the south-east are the two recently completed "Village North" high rise condo buildings also built by the same builder "Tricar". This is a new neighbourhood of north London growth.

Tricar has now built over 1,000 high rise condo units in this city and this building will be completely sold out before it is finished.

The 460 Callaway Road building will be 10 stories high with 132 units. The one bedroom units will be 960 square feet; the one bedroom plus den units 940 square feet; the two bedroom units 1,190; 1,220; 1,320; 1,420; 1,560 and 1,700 square feet. The two bedroom plus den units will be 1,320; 1,350; 1,360; 1,420; 1,450; 1,570; 1,610; 1,630; 1,650; 1,800; 2.090; 2,110 and 2,350 square feet. The three bedroom units will have sizes like 1,850; 1,980 and 2,110 square feet. The ground floor will have twelve units; the second to ninth floors will have fourteen units and the top floor (the tenth floor) will have eight units.

Underground parking, some with electric charging stations, gas fireplaces, heated bathroom floors, crown mouldings, in-suite laundry, balconies, two high speed elevators and like with many other "Tricar" buildings, there is a central heating and cooling system that is individually controlled. There is also individually metered hydro services for each unit.

Building features include an overnight guest suite; a billiards room, a fitness centre, golf simulator and media rooms and a multi-use outdoor "sport court". There are some pet restrictions. A Spring 2023 observation is that the nets are now up on the two new pickleball courts.

The second building to the east of this building, the one that backs onto Sunningdale Road, is the Northlink II building with the address 480 Callaway Road.It sold out quickly. Now in the spring of 2023 there are signs of people moving into the bottom floors of this soon to be completed building. Work on the third new tower has not yet started.
