Johnston Homes built. These units are a bit more elaborate in their designs than some of their previous townhome projects. Features here like elevators in some of their phase one units.

Here you will find four blocks of four units each, one block of five units and one block of six units. All have northern rear exposures overlooking the open parking area of Tricar's "Village North Condominiums". In phase one, there are six different model styles with the names "The Savannah", "The Dufferin", "The Abbey", "The Winchester", "The Scheffield" and "The Summerhill".

Known unit sizes range from 2451 to 2648 sq. ft. In this phase there may or may not be personal elevators. 14 ft. ceilings in the family room and 10 ft. ceilings in the living room/dining room areas. Behind each garage is a "media/flex" room for movie night watching. This entire project is built with an "Old English Carriage Style" exterior.

Phase two of this project, the ones built in 2021 – 2022 are a little bit smaller in size. Known unit sizes of 2157 and 2171 sq. ft. All have grey siding, grey shingles, white trim, peaked upper rooflines, covered entrances, double-car garages and block driveways. Second level rear decks. Low end fees for snow removal and grass cutting. Walking distance to the Medway Valley Trails.

The detailing of the first phase of phase one caught many people by surprise. High ceilings and luxury finishing. Sometimes you have to pay a little bit more to get something a little bit nicer than usual.
