This project shares the same address as an adjoining complex directly to the south called "The Towns of Rembrandt Walk. Upon completion "Rembrandt Walk" will consist of seventy-three vacant land condos.

This complex was originally started in 2016 and is still under construction today. It's part of Rembrandt's strategy to always have available something "move in ready" in the upper marketplace for sale. We also note that the current average selling price combines the sale of new and resold units.

Here you will find a mix of one-floor units (typically with lofts) and two-storey homes. Known unit sizes are 2079, 2254, 2388, 2394, 2463, 2678 and 2688 sq. ft. Typical lot widths of 40 ft. with some corner lots and premium lots of 48 ft. and other premium lots of 48 ft. and 58ft. Lot depths for houses of this size are somewhat small.
