The correct address is: 341-393, 397-429, 435 Callaway Road. "French Inspired Town Homes". The architect is "Orchards Design" and the builder is "Wastdell Homes". Five clusters will back onto Callaway Road, two clusters will back onto Meadowland's Way and three clusters will back onto Sunningdale Road East.

Second level laundries and nine foot ceilings on the 2nd level. The main level area behind the garages are unfinished with the option for an extra bathroom. Prior to construction and when first marketed for sale, prices were described as being “from the mid $550,000’s”. The construction of this project has taken longer than expected and many were purchased by Investors at these prices for rental purposes. Surprising few sold in 2022. This project might start to take on more of a personality once the landscaping and fencing get finished out in 2023.
