Two side-by-side "Tricar" built projects sharing main floor common area facilities like a fitness centre, indoor pool, theatre, lounge and billiards room. Yes there is underground parking. Some units may enjoy 2 underground parking spots. Some units have lockers.

Typical unit sizes of a one + one bedroom unit are 1,074; 1,091; 1,099 and 1,111 square feet.

Typical unit sizes of a 2 + 1 bedroom unit are 1,402; 1,512; 1,615; 1,676; 1,737; 1,800; 1,870 and 1,915 square feet. We note one 1 + 1 bedroom unit model in this building is 944 square feet. Our average 2 + 1 bedroom price indicator do not include penthouse models which cost more.

One other finished out "Tricar" project in 2019 was the "Azure" building downtown at 505 Talbot Street. It is a 29 story building. (#28 in our Downtown section). "Tricar" is one of the few local builders constructing high rise condo buildings. Other builders in town like "Drewlo", "Sifton", "Old Oak" and "Ayrewoods Development" are on a slightly different mission building mostly rental buildings. "Tricar" builds a mixture of both. Many of their design features are carried over from building to building. When the 240 Villagewalk building first went up it received a "Project of the Year" award by the "London Home Builders Association".

Tricar continues to build to the north-west of these two towers on Calloway Road (North End #70). Two new “North Link” high-rise condo buildings are now up and two more additional towers will be built. This new project will, most likely, take another four years to finish out.

2 comments about the average price indicator. When 1 + 1 bedroom units come up for sale, they are often marketed as 2 bedroom units. Use our size descriptions to help solve this issue. Also, the 2 +1 bedroom units sales price indicator in this instance is not a good reflection of value given the wide variation of unit sizes.
