In the summer of 2021 twelve units in these buildings appeared on the MLS system as being for sale. Previous to this time all of these units were rentals. Shortly thereafter all of these units were reported as being sold with no further units coming to the market. All of these units were reported as having extensive makeovers with tenants living in them. Buyers only got to see their units after the purchase was made.

Finally, with the Kipps Lane units we note that in this area 8% of the population living here is 65+ and 19% aged 0-19. 57% of the population speaks english, 21% other languages, 4% multiple languages, 3% english as non-official and 3% mandarin.

Will this rental conversion to condo trend continue? Most likely. London has never before witnessed real estate markets this strong.
