From experience we know that there are a lot of mums out there joining up with other mums in trying to find a unit in this building for their son or daughter going into their second year at Western University.
Downtown London is slowly reinventing itself. In the last few years sections of Dundas Street, King Street and York Street were torn up block by block to make way for an overhauling of the sewer system. All of Dundas Street and parts of York Street were torn up block by block to make way for a massive rebuilding of the sewer system. Now that this has happened, the private sector will kick into action and build more restaurants, retail outlets and condos. Our downtown core will soon be on the rebound when the Covid restrictions are lifted.
NOTE: There are three different two bedroom model styles. Prices vary for location in the building (some face the railway tracks), condition and upgrades like kitchens, bathrooms and heat pumps.
