Amenities:

Details:

The prestigious "London Towers", unique in its upper design. Public transit outside front door. Note the large upper windows and large covered balconies on all of the other floors, secured entry, reserved underground parking, salt water indoor pool, and exercise room. An express elevator services floors 20 - 24. This tower was constructed back in 1977 and is a proud part of downtown London's landscape! Both this building and the condo building to the south west at 380 King Street share the pool and fitness facilities and there is also a linking commercial mall. The entire complex is known as Middlesex Condominium Corporation No 173.

NOTE: The pricing of individual units may vary dramatically, a reflection of their conditions. Many potential buyers, on first inspection, may have an objection to the high Condo Fees, however they do include heat, hydro, water, basic cable, underground parking and use of it's indoor pool and exercise facilities.

Penthouses sell for more. Many residents have called this building home for a long time. Some units have "in-unit" laundry. This is a dog friendly building and the City of London has added a dog park (dogs permitted to roam off leash in a small fenced area) directly across the street on the north side of Dundas in the "Campbell Memorial Park". Many people like living here because of the large unit sizes compared to the unit sizes of most newer downtown condo buildings.

To learn more about this building please read our April 3, 2017 blog on the "new activity" tab.
