The London Free Press posted an article on November 9, 2017 entitled "Owners caught in legal crossfire at north London condo complex". The article mentions a legal battle between their own condominium corporate board and a construction company that was fired from a multi-million dollar renovation contract. The article also states that there are about seventy owners of the 326 units.

As mentioned in many of our past blogs, many units are owned by investors who sometimes rent them out to students.

More details to follow.
