The name says “Riverview Condos”. There is a walkway about one hundred feet north of the entranceway of this complex which takes you past the rear yards of about five houses to “Kilally Meadows” and a walking trail along the Thames River. This being the case, technically these are not true “Riverview Condos”. They are however, very nice.

In this neighbourhood, 100% own; 0% rent. These are numbers that you do not see very often. Rich speckled light brown clay bricking with some yellow highlights. These are double car garage one floor units with block driveways with a touch of a red hue.

Pillared covered front entrances with a rear single garage door benefiting from this covered design. Limited patches of tan coloured siding, taupe grey eaves, tan coloured garage doors and brown shingles. Single rear door to raised rear decks. The end units have extra side windows.

Nine foot ceilings. These are “Pittao” built, a well-respected local builder.
