"Wyngate by Rembrandt"

Six clusters of nine units each. When first built this complex had no neighbours to the north. However, in 2020 things started to change. Now one block to the north is Ironstone's new "Pure on The Thames" project. This "Wyngate by Rembrandt" project, now some ten years old, will get access to newly built parks and walkways on the south side of the Thames. Northeast London, like other corners of the city is changing.

A brown/speckled orange exterior brick. Some lower skirts of stone when you first pull in. A mix of two storey styles with single, double or no garages.

Two storey or multi-level designs with some units having lower level walkouts. Tan/peach/taupe coloured siding, dark coloured shingles, some white window trim and block style driveways for those people lucky enough to have one.

Unit sizes vary and some measurements get reported wrong with the multi-level units. Typical sizes of 1130, 1167, 1175, 1206, 1277, 1295, 1297, 1305, 1381, 1390 and 1450 sq. ft. The larger numbers are the exceptions.

Prices here have moved up smartly in the last couple of years. Now a question from an editor's point of view.
