Details:

There are twenty-five different clusters in this complex on an "L" shaped piece of land. This complex is on the east side of Clarke Road and it's a busy four lane road. Most of the units are set back in from the road.

Three complexes along the north side, two along the east side and one cluster along the south side are built in a zig-zag fashion. See our primary picture. There is one block of five units, three blocks of six units, one block of eight units and one block of ten units built like this. The remaining nineteen clusters which are mostly interior units, are built in clusters of four units which have front doors facing all different directions and side fenced in courtyard areas. Once again, if you look at our pictures you will see the differences in what these two styles look like.

The units built in a zig-zag style have light grey bricking with white siding and black shingles. The style of units built in blocks of four have light brown coloured bricking, yellow siding (or tan or taupe with a hint of light green) and brown shingles. Unit sizes are in the 1,076; 1,088; 1,090 and 1,120 square foot range and all have three upper bedrooms. These units are now over thirty years old and have age-appropriate landscaping’s. The year 2017 saw new asphalt laneways, drive walks and some sidewalks. These units are built with electric heat.

One block away to the north is the Clarke Road Secondary School and the Argyle Recreational Centre. Walking distance to the Argyle Mall. To the immediate south is the “Royal View Pentecostal Church” and just beyond that is the “London Christian Elementary School”. This is a convenient location for many people.
