Let's start with a remark which is a little bit unusual. A neighbouring complex to the immediate east called "Oaklands Co-Op" shares one of the two entranceways into this complex. The density of the 85 unit project takes on a differing feel when you add to it this smaller "co-op" project just next door. Density issues are further noticeable given that in this complex cluster sizes of six, seven and eight units are the norm. In the summer time, when people are out, this density issue is more noticeable.
