"Woodvale Walk".
See our March 25th 2011 Blog for the complete story of this complex.
What is surprising about this complex is that some of these two-storey structures are built with a main floor unit with their bedrooms in the basement and an upper-level unit with a front main level door and a private staircase leading up to the second level. This is an uncommon floorplan.
NOTE: 2015 and 2016 witnessed a continuation of this project. The builder "Ironstone" added a phase II to this project which was the continuation of the same floorplan plus nineteen more traditional 2 story townhouse style units. 55 new units in total were built. Schools and parks are only steps away.
Pictures five and six show what these new townhouse style units look like.
Anyone who bought "new" in 2015 or in 2016 will be happy with the direction that resale prices have gone. But then again, that is the story of what has happened right across our city and right across Central and Southern Ontario. Ironstone continues to build in this area which is experiencing massive growth.
