These units carry over the design details described in #26 on Pear Tree Avenue. These are "Karwood Homes" built and directly across the street are more expensive one floor luxury semi-detached homes.

A mix of one storey and two storey units. One known one bedroom size is 980 square feet. When new, these units sold out without the use of the "MLS" System. Move in dates on many of these new units were in the December 2020-February 2021 period of time.

We note that going into 2022 the builder, Doug Tarry Homes, is busy building luxury semi-detached units at the south end of this street. We note that this is a condo website and that our focus is on condos. One of the new trends in St. Thomas is the abundance of luxury semi-detached one floor units.
