"4-10, 12-18, 20-26, 28-34, 36-42 Arbor Trail"

Nine clusters of Hayhoe one floors built mostly in clusters of four. Four known unit sizes are 1,132; 1225, 1254 and 1132 sq ft. Typical lot widths are 26.5 ft, 27 or wider frontages with some additional end unit or corner unit numbers as 35, 36, 47 and 56 ft. The road does have some slight curves to it. Arbor Trail runs parallel to one small section of Peach Tree Blvd. off of Caroline Crescent. The units at the rear of the street back onto the rear of the homes on the south side of Empire Parkway. A walkway on the east side of the street takes you to the "Orchard Park" trail.

When built, some of these units were described as being "Flush-Entry", "Town Villas" or "Contemporary Towns". Some units have double deep driveways. Many units have double deep driveways and all are 1.5 car wide in design.

Grey brick or sand coloured brick, mostly black shingles however three clusters have brown shingles. Spotted grey front pillars, covered front porches. Six clusters have false upper front dormers. Two clusters of one floor semis by the same builder compliment the look of the rear turnaround area. The consistency of the colour schemes and the wonderful setbacks many units enjoy from the street, make for pleasant visuals. This street is somewhat difficult to find and is a pleasant surprise.
