Are we able to say that these units "Hayhoe" built are bigger, brighter and nicer in styling than other freehold condos they built in this neighbourhood? Well, not really. What we can say however, is that they are newer, slightly more minimalist in their front exterior designs, have more symmetrical high pitched rooflines and has a slight elevation change as you first drive into the complex. It also has a sizeable area of open centre greenspace. That is a nice feature.

Forty seven detached units in total. Eleven different model styles with known unit sizes of 1,198; 1,344; 1,376; 1,445; 1,462; 1,493; 1,514; 1,516; 1,533; 1,538; 1,582; 1,599 and 1,745 square feet. Forty two units have double car garages and five have single car garages. The single car garages are the ones with 1,198 and 1,344 square feet. In a perfect world, the larger sized units should sell for premium pricings.

Sandstone coloured brick with attractive tan accents. Front stone accents on the front pillars, black shingles, olive coloured garage doors and paver stone driveways. Hayhoe also concentrated on building elaborate covered rear decks which create sizeable amounts of summer living space. This is a desirable complex.
