St. Thomas continues to grow and the builder "Hayhoe" continues to be busy building semi's, links and single family homes. One floor semi style homes now seem to be very fashionable which is something we didn't see that much of only a few years ago. If you know streets like "Empire Parkway" and "Courtland Terrace" just head a little bit north and east to "Harvest Run" which is a beehive of new building activity just south of the major streets known as "Elm Street" and "Centennial Road"..

This collection of new homes consist of clusters of one floor units and two storey units all built in clusters of four. "Hayhoe" is getting very good at putting together attractive exterior finishings and colour schemes. Imagine, for example, red or brown brick one floor homes with black shingles, grey trim, white garage doors, and cream and white trim. Imagine two storey single attached townhouses with speckled brown brick, slate-green siding and peaked front entranceways with pillars in soft cream colours. The looks of some of these two storey units can be quite striking.

Two known sizes of a one floor model are 1,132 and 1,225 square feet and known sizes of the two storey townhouse are 1,615; 1,625 and 1,673 square feet.
