This "Hayhoe" built project was built in 2005 - 2006 and was not registered as condos until 2008. This makes it the oldest of the three luxury condo projects that they built on this street. Is this a good thing or bad thing? Neither, "Hayhoe" has years of experience in building quality one floor condos that can last a lifetime. Known unit sizes are: 1,246; 1,354; 1,428 and 1,475 square feet. These are detached units unlike the other two are floor “Hayhoe” condo projects on the street.
In 2022 there were no other sales in the 101 or 120 Southgate Parkway condos. All three of these complexes have mature landscaping and relatively modest condo fees. In 2023 in this complex, they were $250.00 per month.
What's different about these slightly older condo units compared to the other slightly newer complexes? Well, there are a couple of differences:
1. Twenty four units have double car garages and eight units have 1.5 car garages.
2. Many have raised rear decks and/or raised rear decks with ground level patio areas. The newer condo units built across the street may have covered rear patios. Red/brown bricks, black shingles, white trim, cream colored garage doors
3. Many have above ground rear basement windows making for brighter lower levels
4. Units in this complex lack the front exterior accent stonework the newer condos enjoy
5. The landscapings, they have had more time to mature
Limited inventory for sale. A seller's market. In this current environment, many buyers do not get to enjoy the experience of comparative shopping.
