Another "Hayhoe" project, this time a continuation of what they were building on Courtland Terrace to the immediate north. Each new street coming to the market gets tweaked slightly. Eight clusters of four units and one cluster of five units. A mix of one floor and mostly two storey designs. One cluster of two storey units (4 units) has double car garages. Each cluster is designed to look slightly different. Known unit sizes of the two storey models are 1,599; 1,600 and 1,623 square feet.

One clever design feature was to build one semi style cluster on each side of the street when you first pull in off of Peach Tree Blvd. This helps to address the issue of some people thinking, on first glance, that these homes were built too close together. At the end of the street there are three clusters of attractive semis which offer visual relief.

The south side of these units back onto Southdale Line. "Hayhoe" has since gone on to build on vacant lands to the north east. Many units that were purchased from the builder in early 2021 witnessed them rise in value by $200,000 in price at the start of 2022. If you bought in with only ten percent down that is quite a return if you now decide to sell. Listings going into 2022 are at record low levels.
