This is a low density complex with a treed front entranceway. Yellow brick, taupe coloured siding with green/grey shingles. Known unit sizes of 1135 and 1295 square feet. Fresh new cement sidewalks and new asphalt, these units look especially nice for their age. Other complexes around town mimic these design features.
Originally built with electric heat however gas was introduced shortly after they were constructed and most units now are gas heat. When brand new, these units had a finished rec room with a small wood burning fireplace that was questionable in design. Today, it is common to see these fireplaces now being referred to as being “decorative” or some of these fireplaces have been converted to natural gas fireplaces.
Front steps of varying heights to get to the front door and rear doors with steps down to a fenced in patio area. Areas of greenspace to the rear of the complex, see our pictures. Given the small sample size rarely do these units become available. Walking distance to "Stronach Park", this is a nice complex.
