The design style of these little bungalow-like units is somewhat different. Almost all are completely vinyl sided except for two or three and only a few units have garages.
Small lot sizes, tiny rear yards or side yard, an assortment of landscaping and fencing arrangements. Some units are built with front porches extending out to the front curbs. Expect to see a variety of shed sizes, an assortment of satellite dishes and a few people experimenting with solar panels. An "anything goes" type of arrangement can be found here and it seems to work. Two known unit sizes are 960 and 1,007 sq. ft.

This complex has a unique rustic feel to it unmatched anywhere else in the city. Each unit in this complex has a street number unlike condo units in most condo complexes which have unit numbers.
