Amenities

Details:

Let's start with the 1200 Cheapside Street condos which are on the north side of the street. Brick front pillars. These are red brick two storey three bedroom units with taupe siding, red upper shutters and black shingles. Red front doors, a mix of gas or electric heat, assigned parking and open centre visitor parking. Built in seven clusters of units ranging in size from four to seven units. One known unit size is 1,102 sq. ft. The two rear clusters on the north side of the complex (13 units) back directly onto "Genevieve Park" which has a playground area. On the south east corner of Cheapside Street and Highbury Ave North, which is three or so buildings away is the "North London Optimist Community Centre" with tennis courts. This complex is the largest of the three at 37 units.

The second complex is 1215 Cheapside Street which is directly across the street. This time on the south side of Cheapside Street. These units mimic the design found with the 1200 Cheapside units however, this time the bricking is sand colour with cream coloured siding and dark red painted front doors, with red upper shutters and brown shingles. Rear doors to raised rear decks. Some units back onto single family homes. This is a smaller complex of 27 units built in five clusters of four to eight units. The rear cluster in this complex is the largest cluster, it lines up perfectly and is only seperated from the rear cluster of units in the condo complex next door with the address 1225 Cheapside Street by a small patch of greenery. On first glance one has to make sure that it's not part of the same complex.

The final complex, the 1225 Cheapside Street condo complex is smaller in size with only three clusters of 16 units and it is five years newer, sand coloured brick with cream siding, dark red front doors and brown shingles. In this complex the end units have semi-circular upper front windows and partial second level bricking. Built with gas heat. Attractive rear courtyard areas accessed by a rear door. Some units have extra front steps thanks to a slight incline. These units enjoy a modern looking exterior design.

** All these units are only steps to a "Swiss Chalet", "Dairy Queen" and a "Taco Bell".
