An attractive entranceway with views of all new rear privacy courtyard fencing and a nice stone type wall (it's not real stone) hiding the train track next door. Don't let this scare you. Many sections of London have train tracks and hundreds, if not thousands of homes, condos and high-rise residential buildings back onto them.

If you have come after looking at the three other townhouse projects in the area you will quickly recognize how nice these ones are in comparison. This complex may not look like it has any students living here however, a posted sign on an end unit's wall as you first drive in may tell you otherwise. This complex is four blocks south of Fanshawe College and once you cross Oxford Street the name Second Street gets changed to Fanshawe College Blvd. That's much more in the spirit of the neighbourhood.
