The correct address is 1926-1956, 1960 Evans Blvd. This is another "Ironstone" project in a neighbourhood known as Summerside. Ironstone is currently the city's busiest home builder.
A mix of two model styles. A one floor model called the "Macallan". The interior units with this design have 2314 square feet which includes a finished basement and the end units are slightly larger at 2454 square feet. There are 26 of this model style built in two clusters of three and five clusters of four. The second model style is a two storey single car garage style of units called the Dalmore.
