The correct address is 701-707, 709-717, 719-723, 731-743, 747-759, 762-767 and 779-791 Garden Court. Look at the pictures. These are wonderful looking units built by "Clayson Homes". Across the street are luxury semis which they also built. High pitched rooflines and second level upper false dormer windows create wonderful front visuals. Inside these units there are vaulted ceilings. A mix of single and double car garage units.

These are all brick units with some units enjoying front stone exteriors. One popular brick colour often used is brown/orange. Shingle colours of brown. grey and black in a consistent colour scheme including white garage doors. Covered front entrances, raised rear decks. Typical unit sizes are 1,217 and 1,228 sq. ft. some model styles have an extra finished upper loft area. Behind these units is an area of greenery forming part of "The Sally Creek Community Centre" at 320 Lakeview Drive.
