A January 2023 update. Two clusters of six units each are now fully bricked and ready for occupancy in the next ninety days. Two more clusters 744 – 736 and 734 – 724 are almost at the same stage of development. Cole Terrance to the immediate south will soon see foundations go in for more of the same. It is difficult not to be impressed by the sheer size of this project.
We will revisit the progress made here later this spring. These units are all presold.
