Details:

Welcome to phase four of "Havelock Corners" in north-east Woodstock north of the "Pittock Conservation Area" and west of the "Woodstock Meadows Golf Club". This entire subdivision sold out quickly. See "The Kingsman.ca" website. Posted on their site is the claim that they have "the most active construction site in Ontario".

During the construction process which continued into 2021, the entire new subdivision was self contained by a metal security fence and tradespeople had to pass through an inspection gate to enter. Street after street of impressive pre-sold homes were built including many larger single family homes. The building site was kept in an organized fashion including the use of street cleaners and "economies of scale" were achieved in constructing multiple units at the same size. The fourteen units found within this address were some of the very first in this phase of the subdivision to be occupied. We are talking about the time period of the summer of 2020.

This particular cluster was built in two clusters of five units and one cluster of four units. White coloured main level block exteriors, a style of construction quickly coming into vogue. White upper brick, black trimmed windows, brown shingles. Some units within these clusters have upper front second level decks. Some end units have front wrap around main level porches. Single car garages, one known size of 1,845 square feet. Large bright windows. Single family houses across the street.

For many new owners it is a purchase and rent and hold proposition. The speculative fever in this community is quite high.

* In this neighbourhood it is more common to see for rent signs than for sale signs.
