Unless otherwise stated, all price comparisons refer to only the average sale prices in the particular complex, not taking into account any differences in size, age (the age of the units as described is not guaranteed to be totally accurate), the style or any other factor. In some instances the building may have only one current sale. These prices may not reflect current selling or listing prices.
Average price information was obtained either through Geowarehouse or Filogix reports loosely based on the average selling price for the 12 months preceding Jan. 1st, 2010. Some Land Registry records may not reflect average selling price in an open market and does not account for motivations in selling price.
CondoWorld prices are loosely based and we are not responsible for the accuracy of any price information. Selling prices may be higher or lower than the average selling price indicated on the website.
