"Rockmount Homes" built. French manored inspired. These units look strikingly different. Built back to back on Doan Drive and Winlow Way. Phase One consists of four clusters of six units each on Doan Drive and on Winlow Way.Phase Two is a repeat of the same thing.

The one floor models are two bedroom units with a unit size of 1,292 square feet. They have nine foot ceilings. The two storey units also have nine foot ceilings on the main. They have three upper bedrooms and a second level laundry. They are 1,748 square feet. With this design style the end units are one floor models and the interior units are two storey in design. The interior units have access to their rear yards through a rear interior garage door.

In the construction phase the builder purposely poured the foundations to be slightly out of the ground. In doing so there are side basement windows slightly out of the ground and this design feature created the need to have steps going up to the front porch. This feature plus the high pitched rooflines make for very imposing looking structures.

Once again, we mention the terminology "French manored inspired". These are freeholds meaning that there are no condo fees. Lot depths of 142 feet.

Stone, stucco and hardboard exteriors. Block driveways. Phase one units have grey stone, black trim and shingles, with beige/cream colourd stucco. Phase two units have white stone exteriors with black trim and shingles. Going into the spring of 2023, the phase two units are fully occupied but still need final grading, sod and paving stone driveways. For many builders the year 2023 will be a year during which they can catch up and finish out many of their presold units.
