**An end of summer 2023 update. The market for some new build condos on the outer edges of London have changed. New condos in Lucan, Ilderton and Kilworth here have dropped in price. In this complex some units are experiencing price reductions downwards and some new purchasers have decided to forfeit their deposits and walked away. Palumbo is a reputable builder and the units are nicely built and of good quality. Many builders, not only Palumbo, are finding the markets slow. Rising interest rates are taking the wind out of the real estate markets.
