Welcome to 9861 Glendon Drive. "Werrington Homes" built, the same builder who built the "Kilworth Heights Mews" project on Dausett Drive and the same builder who has finished out in early 2023 the "Bungalows of Daventry" project in the new "Kilworth Heights West" subdivision.

The name of this 9861 Glendon Drive project is "Bella Lago Estates" which is on the south side of Glendon Drive to the west of Komoka Road and the recently relocated "Little Beaver Restaurant". What readers need to know is that there are two components to the 9861 Glendon Drive address. First there is a collection of million dollar plus homes backing onto a pond. Then there are seventy-two one floor condos built in clusters of three and four to the immediate south of Glendon Drive. These are "vacant land" condos. Both the "vacant land" condos and the million dollars plus houses pay small monthly condo fees.

Let us now focus exclusively on the "vacant land" condos. Once again, they are built in clusters of three and four units. Stone, stucco and hardboard exteriors, high pitched rooflines, cement driveways and walkways. A mix of single, 1.5 car garages and double rear garages with most being of this later design. Model sizes are 1,269, 1,340, 1,349, 1,357, 1,439 and 1,449 square feet. A mix of finished and unfinished basements. Garage sizes are 12.1 x 21' (the singles); 15 x 21' (the 1.5 car garages); and 18.7 x 21' (the double car garages).

Once again, most units have double car garages and some clusters of four units have all double car garages.
