In many bigger cities, projects like this cannot be built. The land is too expensive. In Woodstock, Ingersoll and Tillsonburg small builders can often find infill sites and do quite well building out small projects. At this location "Green Urban People Ltd." built one cluster of six two-storey units and one cluster of eight one-floor units. All have lower level walkouts and back onto greenspace.

The one floor models have one bedroom on the main floor (these are 1,149 square feet models) with lower level walkouts. Deep rear yards with western rear exposures onto a former golf course site. Grey front brick, grey vinyl on the other three sides. Some tan coloured accent siding over the front single car garage. Black shingles. A mix of asphalt and cement driveways. Three steps up to a covered front porch. Nine foot ceilings on the main. Many people like one floor living.

The two storey models also have nine foot ceilings on the main and three upper level bedrooms and upper level laundries. Western rear exposures with lower level walkouts backing onto greenery.

Grey brick, light grey stucco, black colour garage doors, black shingles, white front doors, covered front entrances and block driveways.

Across the street are vacant lands with views to the further east one block over. These views are of a Holiday Inn Express on Norwich Avenue which then links into the 401. A new sign went up on these lands in late 2022. They say, Coming Soon, the "All Suite" Hotel and "Convention Centre".

This new project will very much be in character with all of the other commercial/retail activities along Norwich Avenue. Woodstock has a strong economic based centered around the automotive and trucking industries. South Woodstock is growing.
