"Hunt Homes" built. Clusters of four, five and six unit. Forty-one units in total with an additional thirty-four units of the same style built on Crawford Crescent. Known unit sizes of 1,325; 1,327; 1,388; 1,620; 1,625; 1,677 and 1,726 square feet. These are freeholds so there are no condo fees and each owner is responsible for things like shingles and windows.
Speckled red/brown brick, olive siding, black shingles and tan coloured garage doors. Mostly all three bedroom units, however, some four bedroom units. Mostly single car garages, however, some 1.5 car garages. Some elevation changes between units and small covered front porches. Some differences exist in the number of front steps. The even numbered units have lower level walkouts and partial rear views of a baseball diamond in Kintkea Park. Woodstock is big on baseball diamonds.
* A 2023 update. The developer Drewlo Homes has recently finished out "Pembler's Pass" just off in the distance to the south-east. It is a luxury low rise building consisting of one and two bedroom units plus fifteen townhomes all of which are rentals. Vacant sites to build on in south Woodstock are becoming increasingly difficult to find.
