Let us start with the location. On this website we have a South Woodstock Section and a North Woodstock Section but no Downtown Woodstock section. If you want to be near the downtown core in an older "worker houses" neighbourhood near the passenger train station, this might be a complex to consider. In recent years many units here have received extensive makeovers.
A mix of two and three bedroom units. The two bedroom units are 930 and 1,000 square feet and the three bedroom units are 1,000; 1,010 and 1,039 square feet. Build in four clusters of units with the two slightly larger clusters facing the street.
Orange brick colour with cram siding and some blue trim. Black shingles, new front doors. Some units have full upper face bricking. Rear doors to partially fenced-in rear court yards. Cement, not asphalt rear interior parking areas. The units with driveways facing the street are two car lengths deep. An unexpected area of greenery within the complex itself in the north east section. Bike to "Southside Park".
These units, now in the fifty years age range, saw a frenzy of selling activity back in 2017 when the demand for affordable townhouses first noticeably started to intensify.
Woodstock's condo prices, like other condos in other cities in this region of Southwestern Ontario have jumped up appreciably in price over the last few years.
