This site is just north of the 401 to the immediate east of the "Woodstock General Hospital". This is a former church site now surrounded on the south side and east sides by vacant lands and commercial/industrial uses. There is a bus stop directly across the street from these units on Athlone.

Phase I and Phase II.

Phase I consists of nineteen 3 level single car garage townhouses built in one cluster of four, seven and eight units. Two clusters are on the west side of the cluster and one cluster on the east side. These units have peaked front rooflines, nine foot ceilings on the main, three upper bedrooms and unfinished basements.

Partial grey front stone exteriors, black siding, black shingles, white soffits, facia and eaves, oversize white coloured trim. Known size of 1,300 square feet. When new, these units were used for rental purposes.

Phase II came as more of a surprise. Phase II was a busy site in 2020-2022 when "stacked units" went up. Three tall side-by-side clusters went up with a mix of one and two bedroom units. Some units have below grade front entrances.

Brown brick, grey stone, black siding, white trim. Phase II has all the same exterior detailing's (colours) as Phase I units. Phase II one bedroom units are 640 square feet and two bedroom units are 1,300 and 1,309 square feet. One open parking spot per unit. The density of this project increased significantly.

Some pet restrictions. The Woodstock General Hospital is right next door to the west. Many people find value to this location. The noise of the 401 can be heard in the distance. This project had a long build-out time.
